After chicks are removed on 22nd day, what's the maximum number of days the remaining eggs should be given the chance to hatch?

I always leave mine in for another 3 days..thats just me

2-2.5 days.

But I usually start cracking open the quitters at the beginning fo day 23... if they aren't already dead, that's the time to intervene.

Actually it is recommended you should not allow eggs to hatch after day 21, if everyone continues to let eggs hatch further out, eventually chickens will get to the point where they all hatch later.

But that said I allow mine 2 extra days
