I am sorry to have to let you all down. I have come into some crazy problems at my house with my family. I know that none of this is an excuse, but I am unable to finish the blocks I promised to make. Any other time would have been great, but my mother was injured at work and has not been able to work, and my father got laid off from his job, the result of this has led them into forclosure and they are now living with my husband and I and our 2 girls. I just have not been able to take the time needed to do the blocks, with taking care of them. I hope that you all can forgive me. Thank you for your understanding.

I sent my unfinished blocks out on Monday so you should get them pretty quickly, Gin.

Thank you, everyone, for your kind words. Looks like I'm going to have to have my molar pulled because the abscess was caused by a crack all the way across the tooth. That will only cost $10 versus a root canal and a crown at around $2,000 (with insurance) and the possibility it won't work if the crack is too deep...so it makes the most financial sense just to have it pulled. I admit it hurts my vanity, though.

Hey, I appreciate everyone wanting to give me blocks BUT then you won't get your 20 back and that would make me feel even worse!

Do you all mind redistributing the blocks that would have come to me and then letting Gin keep the extra for her trouble?

Why wouldn't we get 20 back? You sent her your blocks, so we would get the same number back that we sent.
