And you aren't sharing your recipe? What gives Acre?!?

Well here we are up in PA and no snow. My DD called tonight and said they had 8 inches in Delaware, they hardly ever get snow and have no snow plows. It took her 1/2 and hour to go about a mile to get home.

Well Acre, I'm glad your done. I'm not. Tomorrow my DS is going to a BD party and I'm working on mine then I hope to get them done. Can't sleep tonight, we played cards and I lost my shirt plus my AR is acting up but I'd rather have that then Cedars stone.

Sorry Cedar hope you pass it soon and get felling better.

Hey Acre are you near Massanutten Resort? My sister and niece were taking a long weekend to go skiing and were driving out from D.C. She mentioned the weather coming in, but I had no idea so much snow was expected.

I tried to reach her by cell phone but she didn't answer...then again, she hardly ever answers it!

well all you need is a big bowl of snow, 1 1/2 cup sugar, 3 eggs seperated (mix in egg yolks and then fold in egg whites) don't ask me why., 1 can evaporated milk and 1 tbsp vanilla and it makes a wonderful treat.

Thanks Acre, but Hubby had me call his mother for her recipe this morning. It's similiar. Makes about a gallon.
Beat two eggs with one cup of milk and heat on stove until it reaches 115 degrees.
Pour into a separate bowl. add 1 tbs vanilla and one can of EagleBrand and one more cup of milk. (this brings the temperature down so you can start adding snow.)
Add snow to the liquiid and mix. Continue adding snow until it reaches the consistancy you like.
Serve plain or top with chocolate or fruit or nuts or any combination thereof......Delicious!
This can be frozen in the freezer...if any is left. Set out to thaw slightly and mix well before serving.

Was it good or have you not made it yet?
