After Hatching?

After my eggs hatch how long can I leave them in the incubator, how log can they go without food and water?

3 days.. I usally will pull older chicks out after first day of hatching. Only because they get so rambunctious with the unharmed eggs.. I usally hatch at 70% humity.. once some hatch it spikes to 80% so pulling a few out lowers it down a bit and let's foul air out.. don't let it get below 70.. just what I do... others I'm sure will disagree
