After inspection my Hen has a droopy wing.

I don't know if this might help or not. But I'm a neuro nurse and sometimes when people have seizures they have what's called 'todds paresis' after the seizure. This is where one side of the body is weak for a period of time. I'm not sure if it's the same with chickens though.

Yes keeping a sick chicken warm is pretty important, either by bringing them inside or putting a heat lamp in the coop for them. I'm not sure about all of the extra things that you are feeding besides her regular food, so I would be a little cautious about using too many things but the feed, and an occasional treat. Vitamins in her water would be good. She may have sustained a head injury, but every animal can have seizures. I'm hoping she gets better from this. Phenobarbital is used in pets and people for seizures, and a local vet might help you if you think it might help her.

Thanks for the info on seizures. This sure has been a roller coaster ride. Yesterday our girl was looking pretty bad and today after sleeping all night with the girls, gets up, jumps off the roost board, and has been walking and playing in the run all morning with the others. Today she is much more stable on her legs and walking around, scratching, eating and drinking just fine. Her feathers have a beautiful sheen to them today. I was thinking that this morning I'd find her in rough shape and have to bring her inside. Everyday this girl tries harder and harder to convince me that she wants to stay outside with the others.

Update on our girl. If ever a chicken had a will to survive it would be this girl.. She has made a complete turn around to getting better. Her wings are nice and tight next to her, she is standing and only walks with a very slight gimp just before bedtime. We have been working with her everyday on walking up the ramp to the coop, feeling more secure with the way we have designed the run for her and the others. She's still the slowest of all the girls but as of yesterday has started to flap her wings and attempt to do a bit of flying without falling over. Her comb and wattle are know also changing to a nice red color. Still keeping her on extra vitamins, aloe, and hemp hearts. Keeping my fingers crossed for this sweet girl.
