I have one lovely Easter egger, Rice. She looked like this when she arrived (2020 AUG, about 20 weeks old) and half year later (2021 FEB).

Rice had her molting from last September and kept laying very well until the very last batch feathers are gone. Now her new feathers grow back, wow, the new feathers are gorgeous, and she looked quite different from before.

I guess from now on she is a fully matured hen? Rice is a master of escape and she always teaches other hens how to escape :lau

There is one thing I am curious about - her comb and wattles are obviously smaller and paler now. Is it normal?

As day light period increases and she recovers from the molt, her comb and wattles will enlarge and brighten - absolutely normal.
I will add that they can shrink too! I would guess typically during a molt and among larger combed breeds. I was so shocked when I woke up one morning and saw that Vanilla's comb was no longer covering her right eye!
