Age and breed?

About a week and a half ago I got these two at Orscheln‘s (first picture). The sign said “pan fry assorted”. So now I’m trying to figure out how old they may be, and what kind they actually are. I’m not too worried about the gender. Although it’d be nice to know. The last couple pictures were from today. They both have two layers on their wings, only the tips of their wings have feathers. The marble colored one is significantly bigger than the red colored one. I got them February 24th. And with me guessing, I think they’re gonna be two weeks here soon. But I’m not 100% for sure. Anyways, TIA to everyone, I really appreciate it. *other pictures don’t seem to be loading. I’ll still try and upload them*

Their pan fry special are all male chicks.
They would of been 2 or 3 days old when they got them in.
One looks like silver laced Wyandotte. If its got puffy cheeks and a pea comb its an EE.
The other is most likely a production red.

I agree, a "Fry Pan" special is random, mixed male chicks to raise as (theoretically), cheap meat.
