Age and gender?

Any idea on age and gender of this little cutie?
I know its to young to tell for sure just asking peoples guess from experience.

Can we get a good side view of the bird free standing? You may have to lie on the ground/floor to get it.
Also helps if you know where the bird came from.

Still hard to tell. I would guess around 3-4 weeks of age at most. Still has the head fluff.
Too young to tell gender, you will likely know in another 3-5 weeks.

My guess would be 2 1/2 to three weeks. Also x2 too young to tell gender.
