Age for showing

Does anyone know what the youngest age is that you can show a chicken?

If you are talking children age I don't think there is a age limit in open class. My daughter is 3 and she is taking "her" chickens to the county fair.

If you are talking age of chicken the I would say most shows say half grown..

My friend brought three month olds to the 4-H fair. But fairs are more layed back than big shows. If this is a serious show I'd say at least six months.

Human minimum age, usually none, although most would agree (I think) that the child must be able to help with chicken chores--the older the more the child should be doing.

Bird age, should be of laying or crowing age; at least 6 months, preferably 8 months or more.
