Age of chicks and roosting question

We got 6 chicks from the red pullet bin at TSC a couple weeks ago. I'm fairly certain they are all the same breed. However I'm trying to get a better age on them. When we got them we were told they were 3-4 days old. Once we got them home and out it was fairly obvious half were probably older than that. Assuming chicks may end up at the sitting at the store longer than one week I've always wondered their ages. So as of today they should be 2.5 weeks old according to the manager at TSC. The three younger ones still have tufts of down on their wings and mostly down everywhere else, though you can see new feathers poking up. The three older ones have fully feathered wings, breast area, fluffy tails, and nearly feathered heads. Down remains only under their wings and on their belly. Any guesses on approximate ages of each bunch?

This is one of the "younger" ones

The two in front I believe are younger, the 2 (and a half) in the back are older I believe.

My other question is concerning roosting. The big girls like to sit on the edges of the brooder any chance they get but one in particular always flops over on her side when she is perched up there. She doesn't seem to favor a side, it's just like she's not quite strong enough to hold herself upright. It almost looks like she is sunning but she's doing it perched on the edge of something. She has no problems walking, flying, running, eating, drinking, jumping etc. she's just always perched like that. Could there be something wrong? Or is she just still trying to work out balancing? I've seen her roost on the bricks and she is fine. She'll fluff herself right down and tuck her head under her wing and sleep.
