What age can pullets can go in the coop. Is having pullets harder then a laying hen

I looked up San Rafael— coastal central California, so fairly warm, right? How old are your pullets? Can you post pictures of them?

The climate in San Rafeal is mild sometimes hot and the winter is cold. I do have a big backyard and the coop is big too and I will have them free rage.

I don’t have any yet but I’m considering and planning to to get 12 to 24 weeks old in the summer in May
