Hi
A white leghorn chicken who is born and brought up in farm, till what age she lays egg?
Can she be fertilised by rooster?

Thnx

A white Leghorn should start to lay around 4 1/2 months old. They rarely ever go broody but yes they can and will be fertilized by a rooster. ;)

I am asking till what age she lays egg i means upto 4 years or 5 years?

My white Leghorns layed continuously until they were 2 1/2 years old. They even layed eggs thru the molt at 18 months. But they quit laying when they went thru molt this fall. One of them has started laying eggs internally and probably won't survive til summer. The other one I hope will lay eggs again this year. But being a production breed I don't expect them to live a long time or lay many eggs after 3 years old.

years will they lay once in two days?

I just don't know about the white ones since I've only had them not quite 3 years. I do have some brown Leghorns that still layed a few eggs until 5 or 6 years old. But the eggs get fewer and farther between as they get older.

I have a 10 year old Australorp who still layed a few eggs last summer. I believe any hen in good health will lay a few eggs as long as they are alive.
