Age old question: roo or pullet? Black Australorp

I have 5 black australorps ( as well as other breeds) hatched Feb 1st 2013. One of the australorps has a very upright tail, but the comb isn't markedly bigger or more red than the rest of the gang. I can't figure out if this is a rooster or a manly, dominant hen. Couldn't get picks of legs. Thoughts?

Really??? Great! Sure hope so! the final proof is an egg, right? But so why does this on have such an upright tail/stance? Is it a dominance thing?

x2..My BA looked like that at the same age. Her tail still stands tall to this day. She will be 3 in July.
