age to process roosters

I have learned a lot since May. One of which is to be weary of purchases at TSC. We went for hens and ended up with three meat chickens J-Rocks, and 3 barred rock roosters. The meat chickens are going next week and I was wondering if the mean roosters are at the right age as well. Three weeks ago went to our local feed store and got 6 hens RIR.

Yeah, I avoid TSC for birds. No one knows what they're talking about, birds are mislabeled, just a pain.
