age to send jesey giant to the freezer camp

What age is a good age to send jersey giant to the freezer camp? I currently have 20 that i bought straight run and i have no clue which is a hen and a rooster. This is my first time have jersey giant. I searched on here and they say jersey giants get big their second year. Any comments would be appreciated

I don't have a lot of space, so when the roosters start crowing and fighting and making a general nuisance of themselves, I process them no matter how scrawny they may be. They are always tasty.
