Age??

Is there a way to tell about how old a hen is? I have a white Leghorn (maybe mixed?) that we found a few months ago. She does lay regularly (one a day). Is there any way to tell about what age she may be? We're pretty new to chickens so I'm trying to learn as much as possible!

Shes older than about 6-8 months if she's laying and I have no idea if there is a way or not.
