I realize that there is another thread started on this subject.. I didn't want to high-jack it though.. So here's my question... I'm bringing my chickens in to be proccesed, they will come home the same day.. fresh.. does that mean I should let them rest in the frodge for a few days before trying to freeze them? Or will trying to freeze 30 @ once take long enough to freeze that they will technially have rested?
