So none are really any older then 3 and a half years old?A lot of roosters.
The top two hens, look younger to me, looking at their beaks. I would guess less than a year. The rooster in between them, looks older than them, but not real old.
I think the blacker birds are older maybe going on 2+ years. The last rooster seems to be younger, but over a year in age.
BUT IT IS HARD to tell, harder through pictures.

There is really no way to tell for sure how many years old a bird is.
Not like mammals where their teeth can show string indications of age.
