Aggresive Tom

Just got a new hen for our Tom turkey, he was really aggressive with her for a few minutes to the point where I walked over to split it up and after that he stopped, should we be worried leaving them alone?

Is there someplace she can get away from him (roosts/straw bales to hide behind, etc).? I'd introduce them from opposite sides of a fence for a week, after the initial quarantine of the hen. With luck he was just letting her know what's what, but some folks have had new flock members killed (rarely, but it happens). Just check on them often, over the next week/if it continues separate but let them see each other.

Should be getting cold enough out there to keep both focused on nothing but their scarfing up their feed, pretty soon now.
