Aggressive behaviour

Hi, my flock of 7 girls are now 14 months old and are a joy
Unfortunately not everything in the chookies garden is rosy
The girls are free range but one of them is now mounting and pecking one of the more timid in the group
Constant pecking and feathers flying are spoiling our happy home and I am not sure how to tackle this
They are all Rhode Island reds and I hoped a friendly breed to each other
What is happening and what should I do?

Rhode Island Reds are known to be gruff, but they are very hardy and good layers also.
