aggressive chick

I have 2wk old Brahma Chicks, had from 1 day old. 2 females, 1 male. The male chick is always attacking the other 2, & he pecks my hand, and runs at me when I put hand in brooder to change feed, water. When I pick him up, he's fine. I don't like that he's attacking the others & me. Will he stop, or is it going to get worse? I thought the Brahma's were suppose to be friendly, non aggressive.

THEY ALL HAVE A PERSONALITY I WOULD BE CONCERNED THAT HE WOULD BE AS AGGRESSIVE AS HE IS NOW ONLY BIGGER.
