I have 2 females and one drake that are a mix of welsh harlequins and khaki's and are about a year old. They are all so sweet but recently my drake has been targeting one of my females and chasing her down. She will try to get away and it breaks my heart. He will grab her neck and mate with her more aggressively than the other and he only mates with the other in water. There is a bald spot on the back of her neck and I’m not sure what to do.

I agree with @sourland I have 2 Runner females separated right now one has an injury on the back of her head. Since you have only 2 females maybe you should try drake jail if your drake starts injuring the other one once you separate the one with the bald spot. Many use it. My drakes have 15 females and were targeting this one way too much.

Cull the drake, and keep only the ducks. I kept my drake for three years and he was still a sexual predator…so I reluctantly culled him. He was totally social and charming with me, and I really liked him: it was a hard decision…but he kept injuring the gurls. Life is better now.
