aggressive Male???

I am completely new to quails and I’ve hatched out 4, they aren’t all now a bit older than 3 weeks. The eldest is a boy and so is the youngest (other 2 I’m not too sure of). So the eldest was the most sweetest (he used to fall asleep in my lap and he never bit me) till about today he randomly starts attacking my hand every time he sees them. I’m not sure if this is even normal is it normal and if not how do I stop him from bitting me (the rest don’t bit me)

I’ve tried a couple times and he still bites my fingers, once the meal worms fall and I move my hand he starts eating them

I have Coturnix who matured at 3.5 weeks age (I know it is hard to believe) and started fighting the other ones which were still babies. I had to separate them.
