Aggressive or playful???

I have 3 chicks, all almost 4 weeks old. I've noticed that they've been flying around and playing, which seemed normal. However, as of three days ago, I started hearing distressed peeps while the other two chicks were running around. I observed them for a while, and noticed one of my chicks is jumping at/on top of her sisters, which is causing them to peep loudly. She is not showing any signs of aggression. They don't seem physically hurt. Should I do anything? Is there something I can do to stop this behavior?

Please post pictures of the brooder. It could be a boredom issue that is easily rectified with perches, sod clumps and a pan with soil in it for them to dust bathe in. If you can get direct sunlight on some part of the brooder, they will also enjoy a sun bath.

Here is the brooder. I'm using an old hello-kitty house thing as a dust area, since they use it to both dust bathe and perch. My sister thought putting stickers inside would give them something to look at, but I'm not too sure about it, and worry they will pick them off and try to eat them.

Where is the brooder situated and how big is it? From your picture I am not able to see the entire brooder.

At almost 4 weeks old, you can reduce the temperature in the brooder by lifting the heat lamp if you keep them in your house.
They might be getting too warm and try to jump out to escape the heat.

It is placed beside my door, in one of the corners of my room. I can't really move it much, since my room is quite small. The brooder is a 40 gallon tub I got on sale from tractor supply. I will try to find a way to lift the heat lamp as soon as possible to see if that resolves the issue.

The first time I saw a week old chick dust bathe I thought it was having a seizure, lol.
