I have a constant peeper in the bunch.

Update on the noisy chick: She's still hanging in there! I discovered that adding egg yolk to the Nutri-Drench solution might help her. I found it a bit tricky to hold her steady while using the eyedropper to feed her since she still has some fight in her. I initially tried giving her the slurry while she was in a larger box, but she had too much space to move around. So, I decided to place her in a small tupperware container that was just the right size to keep her secure, allowing me to cover it with my hand to prevent her from jumping out. I was able to get several drops into her mouth and plan to continue this every couple of hours. She has actually stopped screaming, but she’s still quite chatty!

Update on the little noisy chick: She's still holding on! I read that mixing some egg yolk into the Nutri-Drench solution could be beneficial for her, so I'm giving that a try. At fist I tried holding her in one hand, but it was a bit challenging to keep my grip on her while using the eyedropper to feed her. Then, I tried feeding her in a larger box, but she had too much room to move around. Finally I had some success when I switched to a small tupperware container that fit her perfectly, and allowed me to cover it with my hand to stop her from jumping out. I managed to get several drops into her mouth and plan to keep this up every couple of hours. The good news is she has stopped screaming, though she’s still quite vocal!

I noticed her poop is a bit runny, but not completely watery, which suggests she’s eating something besides the slurry I just provided. When she tries to eat, she often misses and hits the edge of the feeder, leading me to think she might have a vision issue that’s keeping her from getting enough food and water. I’m considering putting the feed on a flat plate so that even if she misses, she might still get a bite. However, I’m concerned about the chicks pooping in the feed. Any ideas?

That should be fine. Yes they'll poop in it and kick it around, so I would put out minimal amounts at a time and dump and refill if needed.
