sick rooster, a stroke??

Has my 2 y.o. Campine Rooster had a stroke?? for last week, listless, can't move of his own accord or feed. One eye seems closed, the other fine but Little reaction with hand in front of him etc. Crows normally AND CAN STRUGGLE A BIT when alarmed Have kept him alive by tubing him with 3x daily 20mls water with bit of sugar and salt. No deterioration apparent but also little improvement.

Can he move his legs and wings or stand up? Do you have other roosters who might have kept him from eating and drinking, or hurt him? Hard to know exactly what is wrong with him, but I would try to get a necropsy and testing for Mareks by your state vet lab if he dies. You might try tube feeding some KayTee Exact baby bird feed.
