I can say with experience that I had similar symptoms with a young roo, single leg lame and curled toes. It turned out to be a vitamin B deficiency. Even the poultry cell or rooster booster( one of those) didn't have B12. Or B3. Sorry memory is fuzzy as it was a year ago so I can't remember which specific one it was. I winded up getting a dissolvable B Complex and then a separate of the B3 or B12. I just got human, dissolvable ones. I was desperate and In my research, none the the vitamin electrolytes supplements for chickens had that specific B one that he was missing. I just put dissolvable tabs in the water. I think I also still added the poultry cell too to make sure he got all the B vitamins. I also added some bits of food ( high Vitamin B ones) to top off the crumbles along with a few mealworms. I really dosage that water and food though and within a week he rebounded back.
Is is possible it could be Maereks or some disease too, but you would have to use a testing facility for that. I personally have used vetdna.com
I hope that helps. Sorry you are going through that. With 3 flocks, that's no picnic.
