suddenly this rooster is starting to become aggressive....attacks my min pin (female only not the male min pin) i think he attacked the cat...and chases the other rooster all over the yard and stomps his feet (like a mating dance looks to me) I am not sure what to do with him...I will be turning out my pullets in a couple weeks and I don't want him to be aggressive to them...this is the aggressive one
this is the one is the one getting picked on
any suggestions on how to handle this aggression??

He looks EE. Can you handle him? He needs to be knocked down a few notches. If you can grab him, stuff him under your arm and carry him around like a football, especially when the dogs and cat and other rooster are around. How old are the pullets? If he's trying to breed them and they aren't old enough for that yet, he may very well attack them. I've seen a rooster try to kill a hen that wouldn't let him breed with her.

the guy i got them from said they were maran's(sp) however the aggressive one was thought to be an EEG. so I am not totally sure..the non aggressive has never crowed or anything so am wondering if it is a rooster, but was told that it was

i can catch him with difficulty we have had to trim his wings as he kept flying over the fence, but it takes 2 to catch him...i am about ready to "cook him" lol...my pullets are separated right now from the roosters and are only about 8-9 weeks old...i need to do something as the dogs are getting afraid to even go out with them, the 2 roosters are together constantly in our yard and in the shed at night..

About all an agressive rooster is good for is pot pies. 8 - 9 weeks is too young for breeding. I would not turn lose the hens with a mature rooster.
