Aging Many Birds

do you think it would be okay to put 15 chickens in a big ziplock bag and put in the fridge like that for three days?Or do they need room to age seperatley, individually covered?

I don't think it would hurt a thing. As long as they're all properly refrigerated (under 40 degrees). I always give mine a quick rinse before wrapping in freezer paper anyway.
