I have 2 pilgrim goosling. But i want to know when can i take them out of the box with light(bruter) and put them outside. one is 2 wk old and 1wk old

I've always waited until they were about 2 months old before i moved them outside without a light. Maybe if the weather is warmer/nicer where you're at you could move them sooner, but be careful, they're pretty fragile still.

They need to be fully feathered in (except for maybe the heads), which will be two months old. The down does not hold in body heat or protect from dampness/chilling with out a mama goose to hide under.

If you could SAFELY rig up a heat lamp outside and protect the goslings from drafts (wind, rain, bad weather), and check on them several times a day to make sure they are OK, then maybe at one month, depending upon how warm your climate is. You have to be careful with heat lamps, they get very hot and can start a fire. I use one in a plastic dog house, and tie it so it doesn't fall into the litter.
