I've had my Cayuga male for 4-5 months now. He has always been my little baby and has always been sweet to me. Ever since we put him outside in the pen with our two other girls, he's become incredibly aggressive. I can't even walk into the pen without him charging at me and biting on me. I've gotten so many bruises from his bites and I'm sick of him acting this way. Is his agressiveness due to mating season, or is this his permanent personality?

You have to convince him that you are not his equal-- you are dominant. The next time he comes at you, grab his neck/head in one hand and place the other hand on his back forcing him to the ground. Hold him there until a minute or so after he stops struggling. Repeat if necessary and wear gloves and a long shirt for protection. He's not going to give up easily.

Testosterone can be a double edged sword.
