Agressive pecking of chicken?

Thats the question! One of our chickens continues to peck at another one of our chickens, pulling her feathers out and creating red marks on her wings..What can I do? Any ideas welcome!

It could be either lack of protein (if she's eating the feathers as well) or just bullying. You can separate the culprit for a week to shuffle the pecking order and see if that helps or, as a last resort you can try pinless peepers:

Pecking is often a sign of overcrowding. How many birds do you have and how much space--coop and run? What are you feeding them and how old are they?
