Ah shoot is my GLW a cockerel?

4 weeks + 2 days today... comb is definitely getting reddish and there are some teeny reddish waddles (i thought one was a scratch at first) that I didn’t get a picture of.

Several of mine pinked up at 4 weeks. There basically hasn’t been any change since then, so unfortunately you are in a bit of a “wait and see” situation. I would lean toward pullet tho.

If they are pink/red, they're cockerels.

Thanks for the replies! Everything else says pullet as far as stance, size, feathering (don’t cockerels generally feather slower?) but the comb has me worried. I’ll be sure to update with any developments!

My Wyandotte pullets also pinked up WAY earlier than I expected (3 weeks old!), leading me to worry. Time will tell for sure what you have.

Yes, this is a female, and one of my sweetest hens to date.
