Yes, to be clear 21 of my 27 eggs were definitely alive - they were veiny and moving. 4 of them were clear - nothing much going on in there - I left them in with the others just in case. 1 was cracked and 1 had a blood ring; those got removed.

It seems clear I just misinterpreted the light area of the egg as the air cell, which seems like its actually at the other side and just hard for me to see.

I should add - I candled three eggs and ALL had the sack at the wrong side.

All 27 of my eggs were shipped from Texas.

All mine are also. Have you found out anything on that?? Just candled 12 I dont get it!!
