Ailing 4 Year Old Game Hen

One of my Blue Face Hatch hens is having issues. Not totally sure what it is, but it's effecting her feathers(weird looking), her wings are abit droopy, walk is abit off balance, comb is very shrunken, eyes are abit glassy/glazed just slightly(I've seen this in Vitamin A Deficiency).

Would like help diagnosing her problem. Wondering if it's Vitamin Deficiencies, or possible autoimmune disease, or maybe both. Or some other nutritional issue?

Can you get some pictures of the eyes? Have you used any SafeGuard during her molt? That sometimes causes feather problems. Has she been bullied by anyone?

Not sure what's happening with her. Has she gone out of lay?

Any mites?

Do you have an antibiotic on hand? If so, I'd try that and even think of giving activated charcoal just in case she ingested something toxic(?)

She's most likely has passed away last night, I will have to check when I go out there this morning.

She was deloused at the beginning of this month, so no mites, or lice.

She's Worm free also.

Only antibiotics I have are 10mg Amoxicillin tablets for pigeons. Couldn't get the right strength when I was able to afford it.
