Off balanced, droopy wings & diarrhea in hen - please help!

Droppings like that usually mean the bird hasn't been eating and/or drinking well. Give it a bit longer and her droppings should become normal. I have a hen who was sick, and she had droppings like those. She had them for a at least a few days even when I was feeding her. She started eating on her own, gradually, and now they're normal.
Just make sure she's eating and drinking enough!

Thank you for the input! She may have been in worse shape than I realized by the time I began treating her and her body needs more time to catch up. Makes sense!
