Off balanced, droopy wings & diarrhea in hen - please help!

Droppings like that usually mean the bird hasn't been eating and/or drinking well. Give it a bit longer and her droppings should become normal. I have a hen who was sick, and she had droppings like those. She had them for a at least a few days even when I was feeding her. She started eating on her own, gradually, and now they're normal.
Just make sure she's eating and drinking enough!
Thank you for the input! She may have been in worse shape than I realized by the time I began treating her and her body needs more time to catch up. Makes sense!

Update: NH Red is almost through her molt and appears healthy otherwise. She is for sure eating and drinking, but still has watery/green stool. The flock has been on Corid for 10 days. I think I'm going to stop at this point and try to reintroduce in the next day or so (we just had a cold spell so I want to keep her warm for now). I will keep a close eye on her and go from there. Might still try for a stool analysis.

Glad she's better! You probably can stop the Corid.
Keep monitoring her!
