So I reduced my duck eggs a couple weeks ago and they are about 20 ish days( not sure when they were laid) recently I’ve notice in 5 out of the 9 eggs that multiple air bubbles have popped up

1. are they still alive?

2. Is there anything I can do to fix it?

I read that it happens when they are not turned enough. Are you hand turning them? It won't hurt him, he just has two air cells to pip into.
I had stop turning them for 3 days because I thought it was lockdown day and read that it might take a couple days and now it’s been five, should I start turning them again?

It is your own choice based on what you can see when candling, pics are hard to determine. Even if you turn, the extra air cell will not go away according to the other peeps here on BYC in this, https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/incubating-duck-eggs-2-air-pockets-please-help.1418990/ thread. Once they are established you cannot get rid of one. If you do not turn the eggs and it is not lockdown yet the embryo can get stuck to the shell. Have you raised your humidity for lockdown? @JaeG

The ducks should hatch fine. It's like that because of how the eggs were sitting prior to being incubated. This is why when collecting eggs to hatch for several days people gently move them from side to side and rotate them.
It should still be fine.
