Air cells too small, day 19....

I have one egg that's going to hatch late, either on day 22, or 23, possibly later. The egg is at day 21 right now, & nothing. Have any ideas if that's normal? The chick is alive inside the egg, I made sure of that. I also have one eggs at day 19, & it's air cell is small like at day 12, or 13-14ish. Would like to know if there's something wrong, please?

Here are some pics I took tonight. Sorry for the poor photos...

They should be okay I just hatched a batch that I accidentally had humidity to high the first few 10 days so aircells where small and 19 out of 24 hatched and the ones that didn’t weren’t fertile or stopped developing so it wasn’t the aircells fault

Sometimes they hatch late I had a chick hatch out of my last batch at day 23 and one on day 24 just leave them in the incubator and let them do their thing

The aircells on mine were small but they hatched fine

Okay, what about the late hatch day for my day 21 egg? It hasn't internally pipped it's air cell yet.

I’m not sure maybe just give him time you don’t want to open the incubator to much in case of shrink wrapping him but I’m sure you know that , he might just need some extra time some chicks also just can’t get in the right position to hatch and don’t make it but just give him a few more days like i said I had a chick hatch day 24 last week
