Air cells

The 6 columbian pekin eggs don't really have big air cells but I'm going into lockdown in about 6 hours. Also, this morning I noticed one of the frizzle x silkie eggs may have internally pipped.. is that normal for 17.5 days? I've increased the humidity now because that one may have pipped so i hope it doesn't effect the other eggs.
I'm freaking out.

It has been sitting at 37.5 degrees celsius and sometimes a bit lower than that.
I had humidity at 50% for the first 14 days but got told on here to lower it to 30% so I've had it sitting around 30-35% for the last 3 or so days.
Is it a good idea to increase humidity for the chick that has internally pipped even though the other 12 haven't? if so, what should I increase it to?
