Air pocket question

I got 12 silkie eggs from a BYC'r and can't wait to see chickies dancing in shells!! Any way, what does it mean when the air pocket is moving around or you can't find it? 6 were like that upon receipt and still like that this morning when I set them.

It sounds like the air cells may be ruptered from the shipping.

I do wish they would have been packed a bit better, but so glad they made it with no breakage! Should I toss the 6 that have no pocket or it is moving??

Ok, they were all set this morning at 6:30 - before my son went to school.
