Air pocket too small day 20 what can i do?

Should i see what happens or is there something i can do?

They all look like half the size.

I saw somewhere that you should hold off adding humidity if you can until they internally pip. You can see the dip in the air cell, see the beak in the air cell and hear peeping. But this late in the game I'd just cross your fingers, I doubt it'd dry up fast enough. Good luck!!
