Air pocket under skin!!!

My 2.5 months old chicken has an air pocket from her crop to the abdomen. It fells mushy and sometimes becomes more inflated

It is from the crop and downwards on the right side. The other side is fine.

How am I supposed to know its under her skin. Its not stiff. I you pinch it it acts just like a balloon
