air sac at the wrong end of the egg?

Durring candleing, I noted that one of my eggs has the air sac at the pointy end of the egg. Here I thought that I had been so careful about placing them up the right way before this hatch.

Has anyone ever had one actually make it with the air sac at the wrong end? Any ideas? Help! We're on day 16.
