So is a large air sac usually a bad sign during incubation? I increased the humidity but it didn't seem to make a difference.

Any thoughts????

No it's not bad as you progress. What day are you on? I don't add water until day 18.

Unfortunately, I don't know. The egg was given to me by a neighbor. Then I gave it to one of my broodies which quit sitting before hatch. So unfortunately I am all confused on this one. I think we have an external pip now though. Unfortunately I took it out and candled because, I didn't realize how far it was hopefully it is okay. Thanks, for the help.
