I have 3 gold laced wyandotte bantam eggs in my incubator and this evening in theory they should go into lockdown day 18 20190317_191247.jpg 20190317_191300.jpg 20190317_191308.jpg 20190317_191321.jpg but I'm worried the air sacs aren't very big and haven't been increasing in size. My humidity was around 40% until day 10 when I was worried they weren't growing and so took all water out and the humidity has been about 30% since then.

What do I do - increase humidity tonight, tomorrow, not until I see a pip? I have only hatched once before so would like some help please.

Photos attached of the air sac sizes.

It’s the relative size you need to watch, so top down isn’t much help.
Here’s a pic taken from google images of what you’re looking for:

They look about normal, there’s nothing you can do now they are far too close to hatching, I only increase humidity once I see some pips but it’s usually at 45% to start raised to about 55%

External I don’t worry about internals too much unless they’re late. Hope your hatch goes well!
