air sac under skin

My little 5 week Spitzhauben has an air sac under its skin on the chest/crop area. He's very lethargic, and spit up some clear liquid. HELP?
 
Are you sure it is a blown air sac? Are you sure you aren't dealing with a crop issue? Sour crop, perhaps?
