They actually only traveled a short 5ish minute walk so I don’t necessarily know if that caused it or not. I can’t tell if the chicks alive because if I don’t hit the egg in the light right I can’t see nothing at all. It seemingly has its normal air sack and the larger air sack on the side. Here’s a couple more photos.Interesting....
If you candle from the top what do you see. Sometimes the angle makes thwm look off. Is that chick still moving? Never heard of a air cell moving like that unless it was detached, which even getting them from a friend and a car ride pe ding on how long and ruff could detach an aircell..
Today is only day 19 for them so I guess it’s just a waiting game for nowI've seen this before and I have no idea what causes it. The last couple of mine with it did manage to hatch, though I think I had to assist them.

Ok thanks!! I didn’t know that!If you hatch them the conventional way, on their sides, it may be a good idea to position them so the air cell is at the top.
It will help your chicks as they hatch!![]()
Since today is day 19. It may just be a abnormal large aircell. I have seen mine not as big but get larger on one side of the egg instead of just the top like normal. I would wait an see. Keep an eye on it at hatch day.Today is only day 19 for them so I guess it’s just a waiting game for now![]()
I think a couple of the eggs are trying to internally pip too so i’m going to leave them all alone and see what happens.Wishing you all the luck in the world. The chick is alive!! I was able to charge one of my bright flashlights and I saw movement!I think a couple of the eggs are trying to internally pip too so i’m going to leave them all alone and see what happens.
