Air sacks?

Yep, rather important feature so they don't suffocate.

Ok thanks. Is it hard for the to get into it if needed?

There is no need to puncture into it, the hatchlings pip from inside the egg out into the air cell, rest, and then pip externally from in the air cell to start the hatching process. It a slow and long period of time as they pip, rest, turn, zip, rest, turn, zip and finally hatch. It can take 36-48 hours from first pip to hatch.
