Congrats on your up comming litter. Shih tzu are the greatest. I have 5 and am also expecting a litter around April 9th. Your shih tzu are beautiful. Please post pictures when they arrive. Good Luck to you.

Thank you. Congrats on yours as well.

Yes I love shih tzus. They are the perfect all around dog.

I can not wait to see the colors they have. They have a huge variety in their backgrounds.

I will be sure to post the pictures.

As the owner of four Shih-Tzu I am sending you great vibes on your upcoming litter. I cannot imagine life without a Shih-Tzu. All of ours are either neutered or spayed but they are our life.

Thank you Ozark hen. I am so excited and can not wait yet I am really nervous too.

I hope all goes well. Just over 3 weeks to go and momma is getting really big.

Thank you!

Yours is so sweet!

The way I see it ...It doesn't matter the age.. they are always our babies

My mom is looking for a shih tzu or other smaller non-shedding type dog but would prefer something a little older and housebroken. Do you have any older ones you need to place or rehome? Or know someone who does? She has a 7 year old yorkie female (spayed) and would like another female.

My Mom is young, only mid 50's, only works part time, no more than 4 hours at a time, the dog is spoiled rotten, has a crate for when the leave, a soft travel crate and then 4 beds, one for just about ever room in the house. They would like someone for their yorkie to play with as she is getting very overweight even though she is on senior and reduced calorie food, she just doesn't get enough exercise. They have a beautiful home with an electronic fence system that the yorkie does great with. Sorry to hijack your thread, just thought if you were a breeder, you might have a dog that you got returned or a female that had to be spayed early, or know of someone with one.

Thanks!

I do also, get the puppies started on litter box training. If that helps at all.
